Oppo F29 5G, F29 Pro set to launch in India: Know specs and other details

Oppo f29 series 5g: Oppo has officially confirmed the launch of the Oppo F29 5G series in India. The series includes the Oppo F29 and Oppo F29 Pro, which are designed to handle India’s tough environmental conditions. The launch event is scheduled for March 20 at 12 PM IST. The Oppo F29 Pro will be available in Marble White and Granite Black, while the Oppo F29 will come in Solid Purple and Glacier Blue.

Design and Durability

The Oppo F29 series features a 360-degree Armour Body for enhanced durability. It also includes Sponge Bionic cushioning, which absorbs impact during falls, reducing the chances of damage. Both models have an IP69 rating for resistance to water and dust, and also meet IP66 and IP68 standards, ensuring protection against harsh environmental conditions.

Expected Specifications

The Oppo F29 will be available with 8GB RAM and storage options of 128GB or 256GB. It will have a large 6,500mAh battery supporting 45W SuperVOOC fast charging. The Oppo F29 Pro will offer an additional 12GB + 256GB variant and feature a 6,000mAh battery with 80W SuperVOOC fast charging for quicker recharging. Both models are sleek, measuring 7.55mm in thickness and weighing 180 grams.

Expected Price and Availability

While the official pricing is yet to be announced, leaks suggest that both the Oppo F29 and F29 Pro could be priced under Rs 25,000. The smartphones will be available for purchase through Amazon, Flipkart, and the Oppo India e-store.
