Poco F7 5G: Poco has launched the F7 5G in India, boasting the largest battery ever seen in a mainstream smartphone — a massive 7,550mAh unit, surpassing even the global variant which features a 6,500mAh cell. But this phone isn’t just about power endurance. As the successor to the well-received Poco F6, the F7 5G also packs flagship-grade performance with the powerful Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 processor — the same chip seen in premium models like the iQOO Neo 10 and Realme GT 7.

Poco F7 5G: Price, sale date and launch offers

The F7 5G is priced at Rs 31,999 for the 12GB RAM + 256GB model and Rs 33,999 for the 12GB + 512GB version. It will be available exclusively via Flipkart starting July 1.

Launch day buyers can avail an instant Rs 2,000 discount using HDFC, ICICI, or SBI cards. An additional ₹2,000 exchange bonus further brings the effective prices down to Rs 29,999 and Rs 31,999 respectively.

To sweeten the deal, Poco is offering 1-year screen damage protection worth Rs 10,000 and an extra year of warranty — giving users a total of two years of coverage. These benefits, however, are valid only on the launch day.

Poco F7 5G: Features and specifications

At the heart of the F7 5G is the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset, supported by 12GB of physical RAM and up to 12GB of virtual Turbo RAM, and storage options going up to 512GB UFS 4.1. The phone boasts an AnTuTu benchmark score of over 2.1 million, positioning it as a performance powerhouse. To manage thermals, it uses Poco’s 6K IceLoop VC liquid cooling system.

Running on HyperOS 2.0 based on Android 15, the F7 5G is set to receive four years of Android updates and six years of security patches. It also comes equipped with AI features like Circle to Search, Google Gemini, AI Notes, Interpreter, and advanced image tools.

Despite housing a gigantic 7,550mAh battery, the device maintains a sleek profile at 7.99mm and weighs 222 grams. It supports 90W wired charging and 22.5W reverse charging, allowing it to charge accessories like earbuds or other phones.

The display is another highlight: a 6.83-inch AMOLED panel with a resolution of 1.5K, 120Hz refresh rate, HDR10+ certification, peak brightness of 3,200 nits, and 3,840Hz PWM dimming for eye comfort.

Photography is handled by a 50MP Sony IMX882 main camera with OIS, accompanied by an 8MP ultra-wide lens. A 20MP front camera handles selfies and video calls.

Additional features include stereo speakers, an in-display fingerprint sensor, and connectivity support for 5G, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6.0, NFC, and USB Type-C.
