OnePlus has officially scheduled its Summer Launch event for July 8, aiming to cater to both Indian and global markets. At this much-anticipated event, the company will unveil several new products, including the OnePlus Nord 5, OnePlus Nord CE 5, and the OnePlus Buds 4.
The OnePlus Nord CE 5 is expected to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8350 chipset, ensuring efficient performance for everyday use. The upcoming smartphones have already made appearances on multiple certification platforms such as TUV Rheinland and the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS), strongly indicating that their launch is imminent.
In addition to the smartphones, it will also introduce the Buds 4 true wireless earbuds, which are set to feature dual DAC drivers and support LHDC 5.0 audio technology, promising an immersive audio experience.
OnePlus Nord CE 5 India Launch:
The company has confirmed that the Nord 5 and Nord CE 5 will be launched in India on July 8 at 2 PM IST, alongside the OnePlus Buds 4. As per a press release, all three products will be available for purchase through OnePlus’ official online store and Amazon India.
OnePlus Nord CE 5 Expected Price in India:
The base variant of the Nord CE 5 is anticipated to carry a price tag of around Rs 25,000 in India. Positioned in the mid-range segment, the smartphone aims to strike a balance between performance and affordability, appealing to budget-conscious users.
OnePlus Nord CE 5 Specifications:
The Nord CE 5 is expected to come with a 6.77-inch AMOLED display, offering a 120Hz refresh rate and a resolution of 2392 x 1080 pixels. Under the hood, it will likely feature the MediaTek Dimensity 8350 processor, paired with 8GB RAM, and offered in 128GB and 256GB storage variants.

In terms of optics, the smartphone may house a dual rear camera setup, including a 50MP primary sensor and an 8MP ultra-wide lens. On the front, a 16MP selfie camera is expected. The device is also rumoured to pack a 5,200mAh battery with support for 80W fast charging. Colour options might include Black Infinity and Marble Mist.
