Realme 15x with 7000mAh battery launched in India

Expanding its number series in India, Chinese smartphone brand Realme launched the Realme 15x on October 1. The device, priced from Rs 16,999, is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor and packs a massive 7000mAh battery into a slim 8.28mm body. It also features Realme’s signature Crystal Wave design with Pulse Light effects on the back.

The Realme 15x is available in three variants: the base model with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage priced at Rs 16,999, an 8GB RAM and 128GB storage model for Rs 17,999, and the top-end 8GB RAM with 256GB storage variant priced at Rs 19,999. Customers can choose from three colour options: Aqua Blue, Marine Blue, and Maroon Red. The smartphone is on sale through Realme’s official website, Flipkart, and select retail outlets. Introductory offers include a Rs 1,000 discount on UPI payments, a Rs 1,000 bank offer for select cards, or a Rs 3,000 exchange bonus, along with six months of no-cost EMI options.

The Realme 15x features a 6.8-inch HD+ display with a 144Hz refresh rate and peak brightness of 1200 nits. It comes with up to 8GB RAM and 256GB of expandable storage. For photography, it offers dual 50MP cameras—a Sony IMX852 sensor at the rear and a 50MP front camera—both supporting AI features, cinematic video, wide-angle selfies, and multiple shooting modes including slow-motion, time-lapse, and underwater photography. The phone carries an IP69 rating for dust and water resistance.

Running on Realme UI 6.0 based on Android 15, the device supports 60W fast charging with an 80W adapter in the box. Weighing 212 grams, it offers 5G + 5G dual-mode connectivity, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.3, and advanced audio features including 1115 Ultra-Linear Speakers with dual-mic noise cancellation, AI Call Noise Reduction 2.0, and AI Outdoor Mode.

The Realme 15x combines powerful performance, long-lasting battery life, and advanced photography in a feature-rich package for Indian consumers.
