Realme Narzo 80 Pro and 80x launched in India: Features, specs, price

Realme has broadened its Narzo series portfolio in India with the launch of two new smartphones — the Narzo 80 Pro 5G and Narzo 80x 5G, unveiled on Wednesday. Both models come equipped with a substantial 6,000mAh battery.

The Narzo 80 Pro 5G is offered in three variants — the 8GB + 128GB version is priced at Rs 19,999, while the 8GB + 256GB and 12GB + 256GB configurations are priced at Rs 21,499 and Rs 23,499 respectively. Colour options include Nitro Orange, Racing Green and Speed Silver.

The Narzo 80x 5G, on the other hand, is available at Rs 13,999 for the 6GB + 128GB model and Rs 14,999 for the 8GB + 128GB variant. It will be sold in Deep Ocean and Sunlit Gold finishes.

Both devices will be available via Amazon and Realme India’s official website. An early bird sale for the Narzo 80 Pro 5G is scheduled from 6PM to midnight on April 9, while both handsets will return for early access sales on April 11. Customers can avail of discounts of up to Rs 2,000 during these promotional windows.

Narzo 80 Pro 5G and Narzo 80x 5G specifications

The Narzo 80 Pro 5G is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 chipset, while the Narzo 80x 5G features the MediaTek Dimensity 6400 SoC.

Both handsets are backed by a sizeable 6,000mAh battery. The Pro model supports 80W SuperVOOC fast charging, whereas the Narzo 80x 5G offers 45W wired fast charging.

The Narzo 80 Pro 5G showcases a 6.77-inch full-HD+ curved AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 180Hz touch sampling rate, and peak brightness of 800 nits. Additional display features include a 3,840Hz PWM dimming rate and Eye Protection mode. It runs on Realme UI 6 based on Android 15 and includes up to 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage.

Camera-wise, the device is fitted with a dual rear setup comprising a 50MP main sensor with optical image stabilisation (OIS) and a 2MP secondary lens. The front camera features a 16MP sensor with electronic image stabilisation (EIS) for selfies and video calls. Other highlights include a 6,050mm² vapour chamber cooling system and support for 90fps gameplay in BGMI.

Additional features include an in-display fingerprint sensor, IP66, IP68, and IP69 water and dust resistance ratings, as well as MIL-STD-810H military-grade certification.

The Narzo 80x 5G sports a 6.72-inch flat LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate and brightness of up to 690 nits. It also runs Realme UI 6 based on Android 15 and comes with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage.

It carries a dual rear camera setup consisting of a 50MP primary and a 2MP depth sensor, while the front camera is rated at 8MP. The device is IP69 rated, weighs 197 grams and measures 7.94mm in thickness.
