Redmi Turbo 4 Pro debuts in India: Know features, other details!

Redmi Turbo 4 Pro: Xiaomi’s sub-brand Redmi has officially launched the Redmi Turbo 4 Pro in China, targeting the mid-range smartphone market. The phone starts at CNY 2,199 (approximately Rs 25,700) and boasts impressive features, including a massive 7,550mAh battery and the latest Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset.

Design and Build

The Redmi Turbo 4 Pro sports a design reminiscent of the iPhone 16, featuring a glass back with a metal frame. The rear houses a dual-camera setup on a vertical pill-shaped island, while the front has a punch-hole display with slim, uniform bezels. Available in black, white, and green, the device also comes in a special Harry Potter edition created in collaboration with Warner Bros. With an IP66, IP68, and IP69 rating for dust and water resistance, the phone is built to withstand tough conditions. It measures 163.17 x 77.93 x 7.98 mm and weighs 219g.

Display

The Turbo 4 Pro features a 6.83-inch OLED screen with a 1.5K resolution (1,280 x 2,800 pixels), a 120Hz refresh rate, and peak brightness of 3,200 nits. It supports Dolby Vision, 3,840Hz PWM dimming, and includes an in-display optical fingerprint sensor and an infrared blaster.

Performance and Battery

Running on HyperOS 2 based on Android 15, the phone is powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 SoC, paired with up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB UFS 4.1 storage. The massive 7,550mAh battery supports 90W fast wired charging and 22.5W reverse charging. Connectivity options include 5G, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, GPS, Galileo, GLONASS, NavIC, and a USB Type-C port.

Camera

On the rear, the Redmi Turbo 4 Pro sports a 50MP Sony LYT-600 primary sensor with OIS and EIS, paired with an 8MP ultra-wide lens. For selfies, it features a 20MP front-facing camera with an f/2.2 aperture.

The Redmi Turbo 4 Pro is available in multiple configurations:

12GB RAM + 256GB storage: CNY 2,199 (approx. Rs 25,700)

16GB RAM + 256GB storage: CNY 2,299 (approx. Rs 26,900)

12GB RAM + 512GB storage: CNY 2,499 (approx. Rs 29,300)

16GB RAM + 512GB storage: CNY 2,699 (approx. Rs 31,600)

16GB RAM + 1TB storage: CNY 2,999 (approx. Rs 35,100)

Additionally, the Redmi Turbo 4 Pro Harry Potter Edition is priced at CNY 2,799 (around Rs 32,800) and comes with 16GB RAM and 512GB storage.
