Delhi Heights: If travel feeds the soul, then Café Delhi Heights and Neighbourly are offering a culinary passport—one bite at a time. From April 15 to May 1, all outlets across India are celebrating the International Street Food Festival, a flavour-packed homage to beloved street food traditions from across the globe.

A curated global menu

This is no ordinary food promotion—it’s a curated journey designed to evoke both comfort and surprise. The menu brings together a mosaic of tastes, textures, and traditions, allowing diners to globe-trot from the comfort of their seat.

The adventure begins with a steaming bowl of Japanese ramen, its rich broth and silky noodles offering warmth and depth. Diners can then sample Middle Eastern shawarma—spiced and succulent, the smoky meat wrapped in flatbread and drizzled with garlicky sauce.

Next come tangy, crunchy Mexican tacos, followed by warm, crispy Spanish churros dusted with cinnamon sugar and served with a luscious chocolate dip.

But the menu does not stop there. American sliders make a bold impression with juicy patties and pillowy buns. Thai satays arrive skewered and grilled, their nutty sauce packing a punch. Turkish kebabs deliver melt-in the-mouth meat infused with aromatic spices, while Vietnamese spring rolls add a refreshing note with crisp vegetables and delicate rice paper wraps.

Darting through flavours

What truly sets this festival apart is not just the food—it is the experience. Café Delhi Heights has introduced an interactive feature called the Dart World Board. Guests are invited to throw a dart at a custom world map featuring only the countries represented in the festival. Wherever the dart lands, that’s the street food they get to taste—a whimsical twist that adds spontaneity and adventure to the meal.

Arjun, the restaurant manager at the Janpath outlet of Café Delhi Heights, told Patriot that the response has been overwhelming. “Our menu features street food from across the globe, and we want people to experience the authentic flavours of every country,” he said.

A universal language

Founder Vikrant Batra encapsulates the spirit of the event: “At Café Delhi Heights, we have always believed that food is a universal language, and nothing captures that spirit better than street food.”

“With the International Street Food Festival 2025, we are bringing together iconic flavours from around the world, reimagined with our signature twist. It is a celebration of cultures, cravings, and the joy of discovering something delicious around every corner,” he said.

Travel the world, one dish at a time

Whether you are a seasoned street food lover or a curious first-timer, this festival promises a memorable dining experience that is equal parts delicious and dynamic. Each dish carries a story, a culture, and a craving—served up with heart and imagination.

If exotic street-side bites are what you crave but travel plans are still pending, just head to your nearest Café Delhi Heights or Neighbourly outlet. The world is on your plate—just bring your appetite.

Patriot was called for a visit to Café Delhi Heights. However, this is not a paid review.
