
A 45-year-old man was discovered hanging from a tree in a park near Dwarka Mor in southwest Delhi on Friday, according to the police.
The body had visible injuries, leading to the registration of a murder case.
Deputy Commissioner of Police (Dwarka) M Harsha Vardhan said that investigations indicated foul play, and efforts are underway to identify and apprehend the culprit using CCTV footage.
The body was sent for post-mortem, and an unidentified accused has been charged under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code for murder, DCP added. (With inputs from PTI)
