Delhi continued to grapple with persistent cold weather as it registered the lowest minimum temperature of the season at 3.3 degrees Celsius on Monday morning, marking a deviation of four notches below the seasonal average.
Various parts of the city witnessed a dense layer of fog, as reported by meteorological officials.
