Delhi Metro: Train movement between Samaypur Badli, Jahangir Puri to be via single line for four months

Train operations between Delhi Metro’s Samaypur Badli and Jahangir Puri stations on the Yellow Line will be conducted via a single track for four months to facilitate the execution of Phase-IV work for the Magenta Line extension, officials announced on Thursday.

The affected services will be from 10 pm to 7 am. The Yellow Line links Samaypur Badli in Delhi to Millennium City Centre Gurugram in Haryana.

The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) said, “Train movement between Samaypur Badli and Jahangir Puri on the Yellow Line will be routed via a single track from 10 pm until the end of revenue services and from the start of revenue services until 7 am, starting from Thursday (18.4.2024), for a duration of four months for the execution of Phase-IV work of the Magenta Line extension.” (With inputs from PTI)
