The Delhi Traffic Police imposed restrictions on vehicular movement through the Okhla underpass on Sunday due to waterlogging, advising commuters to plan alternate routes.
This decision follows the tragic drowning of a 60-year-old man in the underpass on Saturday amidst heavy rainfall in the national capital over Friday and Saturday, causing widespread waterlogging and severe traffic congestion across various parts of the city.
