Delhi records minimum temperature of 20 degrees Celsius

In the national capital, the mercury dipped to a low of 20 degrees Celsius, marking a departure of three notches from the seasonal norm, as per the India Meteorological Department.

At 8:30 am, the humidity level stood at 49 percent, as reported by the IMD, with expectations of brisk surface winds throughout the day.

Delhi is anticipated to witness a peak temperature around 38 degrees Celsius, as per the weather forecast.

The Air Quality Index (AQI) for Delhi registered in the “moderate” category at 9 am, with a reading of 186, according to the Central Pollution Control Board.

AQI classifications range from “good” (0-50) to “severe” (401-500). (With inputs from PTI)
