The menu is an amalgamation of several cuisines depicting the culinary tours of the team here. It is a diverse combination of rich flavours and textures from different regions including home-made recipes. Thus, you have an interesting variety of pizzas, pastas, Bruschetta and salads; along with Indian, Asian, Chinese and Italian cuisines..
Try The French Kiss – toasted open English muffin topped with poached eggs, served with Hollandaise sauce. The dish can be enjoyed as a Royal Benedict, or upgraded with Florentine Smoked Salmon and Grilled Ham Spinach.
Cleopatra and Mark’s Pyramid is quite a rage here – it’s a Mediterranean indulgence served as a platter with Chicken Shish Taouk, soft Green Pea Falafel, gooey Cheese Sambousec crisped on the outside along with carrot hummus, kalonji labneh, walnut moutabel and tzatziki and fresh pita on the side.
