Radisson Blu Plaza Delhi Airport is hosting the Anatolian Cuisine Festival at its all-day dining restaurant NYC, bringing the rich culinary heritage of Türkiye to Delhi. Running from July 23 to August 2, the festival showcases authentic flavours, traditional recipes and regional specialities inspired by Anatolia, the cultural crossroads of East and West.

The festival has been curated by Chef Gökhan Eser Kesen, an eighth-generation Ottoman cuisine chef recognised for preserving Türkiye’s culinary traditions. Having begun his culinary journey at the age of 12, Chef Gökhan has worked across 17 countries and collaborated with leading hospitality brands and culinary institutions while promoting Ottoman cuisine worldwide.

Guests can savour an elaborate selection of handcrafted cold mezze, Mediterranean salads, freshly baked Turkish breads, traditional koftas, Adana kebabs, chicken shish kebabs and slow-cooked lamb specialities. The menu also features classic Ottoman desserts, including kunafa, baklava and Turkish rice pudding, prepared using traditional techniques.

Adding to the experience are live culinary stations featuring the traditional Turkish sand coffee ceremony, a 1.5-metre Adana kebab and a live kunafa station. Turkish-inspired décor and music further recreate the atmosphere of Anatolia.

Speaking about the festival, Chef Gökhan said, “Anatolian cuisine is one of the world’s oldest culinary traditions, shaped by centuries of culture, trade and family recipes passed down through generations. Through this festival, I hope guests experience not only authentic Turkish flavours but also the warmth, hospitality and stories that define our culinary heritage.”

Ashwni Kumar Goela, Vice President Operations, Radisson Blu Plaza Delhi Airport and Area General Manager, Radisson Hotel Group, South Asia, said the festival reflects the hotel’s commitment to introducing guests to authentic international dining experiences through celebrated chefs and traditional cuisines.
