
The Around the World 3.0 food festival has begun at Edesia, the multi-cuisine restaurant at Crowne Plaza Today New Delhi Okhla. Running until November 30, the event invites diners to explore a diverse range of global cuisines in a curated culinary experience.
The festival offers an extensive menu featuring dishes from across the globe, including Italian pastas, Japanese sushi, Indian classics, and Middle Eastern delicacies, prepared by the restaurant’s chefs.
“This year, we’ve elevated the festival by bringing together a mix of authentic recipes and innovative culinary techniques,” said Ritesh Sharma, General Manager of hotel. “Our aim is to provide a dining experience that truly celebrates the flavours of the world”.

Guests can also enjoy live music and thoughtfully designed décor, adding to the immersive experience. “The atmosphere is as much a part of the journey as the food,” added Sharma. “We want every visitor to feel like they are embarking on a gastronomic trip across continents”.
