New Delhi is set to host Beyond Borders: An Art and Culture Festival, bringing together artists from India and across the world for a week-long celebration of creativity and cultural exchange. Organized by Empowerment in collaboration with LT Foundation, the festival will be held from February 21 to 28, at TAG Art Gallery, Defence Colony.

The event will feature 20 artists—10 from India and 10 from different countries—presenting a mix of paintings, sculptures, mixed media, and installations. The participating international artists include Carola Carmin (France), Dorothee Ledermann (Brazil), Julia Bugram (Austria), Karmen Bajec (Slovenia), Nikola Markovic (Serbia), Nikoletta Antonopoulou (Greece), Nurlan Kilibaev (Kazakhstan), Tari Eszter (Hungary), Teekawut Bunyavijit (Thailand), and Zuriya Koon (Thailand). Indian artists include Anup Chand, Asit Patnaik, Kanchan Chander, Kumar Vikas, Manish Pushkale, Niren Sengupta, Nupur Kundu, Pooja Pawar, Rajan Fulari, and Rajneesh Singh.

The festival is designed as a space where artists from different backgrounds can share ideas, collaborate, and explore themes of identity, heritage, and global connections. Along with exhibitions, there will be interactive workshops and discussions, giving visitors a chance to engage with the artists and their work.

One of the key moments of the festival will be the honouring of poet and cultural thinker Ashok Vajpeyi and Bharatanatyam dancer Leela Samson for their contributions to the arts.
