
Persian Buffet
Eros Hotel New Delhi Nehru Place is offering a taste of Persia with its new Persian Buffet at Blooms restaurant. Running from July 5 to July 13, this event features a range of traditional Persian dishes, providing a unique dining experience in the luxurious setting of the five-star hotel.
Guests can start their meal with a selection of Persian salads, including Shirazi salad, a mix of cucumber, onion, and tomatoes; Salad-e-Fassi, a seasonal green salad with beetroot; and Dolme, grape leaves stuffed with rice.
Soup options include Ash Reshtesh, a noodle soup with chickpeas and kidney beans, and Lentil Soup, made with aromatic spices.
The main course features dishes such as Ghormeh Sabzi, a lamb stew with red kidney beans, and Gheimeh, a lamb stew with split chickpeas and tomatoes for non-vegetarians. Vegetarians can enjoy Kuku Sabzi, a mixed vegetable dish with fresh herbs, and Korshet-e-Bademjan, an eggplant and tomato stew.
For dessert, options include rose and pistachio trifle pots, orange and dark chocolate rubble cake, cardamom and mocha rice pudding, tahini cinnamon swirls, tahini and chocolate marmar cake, and saffron rice pudding.
