Museo Camera in Gurugram will host Parallax: Five Lenses, One World, a group photography exhibition featuring Abhishek Hajela, Promila Bahri, Ravi Madan, Rahul Balyan, and Shruti Bansal. Curated by photographer Dinesh Khanna in collaboration with Salam Balak NGO and Hahnemühle, the exhibition opens for preview on November 15 and will be on view from November 16 to 30.
The exhibition examines how perception shapes what we see, bringing together five photographers whose works approach the same world from distinct perspectives. Through their lenses, everyday moments appear in new light, touching on themes of identity, devotion, culture, and human connection.
“In photography, if you move your head just a little, the foreground shifts against the background — that’s parallax,” said curator Dinesh Khanna. “Each of the photographers brings a different way of seeing, shaped by their own experiences and emotions. Their individuality became the theme itself.”
