IndiGalleria is set to host internationally acclaimed Sri Lankan artist Raja Segar for his first-ever solo exhibition in Delhi. Titled Rhythmic Sagas, the show will run from October 10 to 18, 2025, at LTC, Bikaner House, from 11 AM to 7 PM daily.
The exhibition will open with a private viewing on October 9 at 5 PM, exclusively for media and invited guests. The inaugural ceremony will be graced by Mahishini Colonne, High Commissioner of Sri Lanka, and eminent artist Arpana Caur as Chief Guests.
Curated by Aakshat Sinha, Rhythmic Sagas brings Segar’s vibrant cubist interpretations of music, human relationships, and everyday life to Delhi, marking a milestone in cultural exchange between India and Sri Lanka. Segar’s signature style—figurative cubism with a refractive effect—celebrates musicians, dancers, tea pluckers, mythic figures, and ordinary moments through bold geometry and spiritual symbolism.
Over his decades-long career, Segar has exhibited across Sri Lanka, Australia, Singapore, the UK, and beyond. The Delhi show will feature both his celebrated past works and new creations developed during his recent stay in the city.
Speaking about the exhibition, Raja Segar said, “Art has always been my way of turning the rhythms of everyday life into something eternal. Whether it is a dancer, a tea plucker, or a god, I try to capture the music that flows within them. Bringing my work to Delhi for the first time is both an honour and a joy—I hope my colours and lines find a home in the hearts of those who come to see them.”

Curator Aakshat Sinha added, “Segar’s art smiles at those who witness it. A prolific artist, he paints as if it were breathing—daily, tirelessly, joyously. This Delhi debut brings to life his gods, dancers, and relationships in his unique cubist style, carrying tales within every rhythmic line and prism of colour.”
Shashank Maurya, Founder of IndiGalleria, said the exhibition is part of the platform’s effort to expand beyond its online presence and bring international art to Indian audiences. “With Segar’s first-ever Delhi solo, IndiGalleria aims to open a new chapter of cultural dialogue and artistic appreciation across borders,” he said.
