
Threads of Freedom: A Journey from Soil to Soul, a group art exhibition, is currently on view at the Gandhi Smriti and Gandhi Darshan Art Gallery, Rajghat, New Delhi, and will continue until March 1, 2026. Organised by the Akatva Arts Foundation, the exhibition presents works by artists from across India, reflecting a range of artistic traditions and practices.
Curated by Saloni Wadhwa, the show features traditional, tribal, folk, modern, and contemporary artworks. Visitors can see abstract and figurative paintings, mixed media compositions, conceptual works, and installations, highlighting different materials, forms, and visual approaches.
The exhibition includes both established and emerging artists, creating a space where diverse perspectives and artistic languages come together. Many of the works draw from regional traditions while engaging with contemporary themes and ideas.
