AnnaMaya at Andaz Delhi stands for celebrating local artisans’ produce through offering an elaborate lazy Sunday spread. In line with the motto ‘Eat Mindful’. Shop Artisanal. Raise Awareness’, the restaurant has introduced the ‘Market Edition’ of its popular Lazy Sunday Breakfast where you can eat, as well as shop from a wide variety of fresh seafood, organic vegetables and healthy food grains so that you eat well even when you go home.
The essence of AnnaMaya lies in identifying and celebrating artisans from remote parts of India, hence preparations are with artisanal products like rock salt quarried by local women in Ranikhet’s tough terrain; premium chocolates that ensure that cocoa farmers are paid a fair price; and coffee from roasters around the country who highlight how delicious Indian coffee can be.

From teas, coffees to artisanal chocolates, organic spices and farming products, everything is on sale, so you can stock up on the indigenous ingredients that you like.

For seafood lovers, it is a paradise as you will get to see an amazing display of fresh catches – varied kinds of fish, prawns, lobsters et al. The team here is very enthusiastic to tell you stories about every ingredient and what goes in the preparation. Café StayWoke

Planning to grab a quick healthy bite while heading towards work? Then head to Café StayWoke, Gurugram, for delectable delights from their new breakfast menu, a mix of European, American and Indian cuisines. Food here is an amalgamation of global flavours and Indian influences.

Both veg and non-veg healthy breakfast delicacies on the menu are drool-worthy — particularly the Twisted Eggs Benedict, Masala Bhurji, Mango Startup Mug, Berry Mug, Bagel Sandwich, Grilled Pineapple Cinnamon Waffle/Pancake, The Healthy Black Pancake and the Corn and Spinach Roesti. L’Opera Salon De The

There’s nothing like sitting under leafy trees on a lazy Sunday in the heritage environs of Lutyen’s Delhi and enjoying a lazy ‘very French’ breakfast. ‘L’Opera Salon De The’ by Chor Bizarre at Bikaner House, is arguably the most beautiful place in the city to enjoy a good breakfast. Enjoy the sun as you take a bite into the vegetable Feuilleté, a French seasoned puff pastry with fresh vegetables. Or Chicken Leek Feuilleté with a subtle blend of garlic, cream and herbs. For mushroom lovers, there is a Mushroom Feuilleté too, which is complemented with onion, garlic, mixed herbs and peas.

The All American Diner

Step back in time, enjoy the glorious days of rock and roll and savour all day breakfast indoor or outdoor setting. Here you will get an amazing array of dishes varying from omelettes, sandwiches, malts and shakes to a lot more. The team is too happy to take specific requests of the guests, including offering gluten-free options.

There is a special offer — “When the whole table is hungry for breakfast” — if each of you pay us Rs 770 + taxes, you are welcome to order all you can eat from the breakfast menu, along with special brewed coffee or tea. This offer is valid from 7 am to 10:45 am.”
