Haier Appliances India has launched its latest F9 Series Front Load Washing Machines, featuring what it claims is India’s first AI Colour Touch Panel integrated with one-touch technology. Built to cater to diverse Indian household needs, the new line-up promises smarter cleaning with AI-powered automation, improved fabric care, and remote connectivity.

The F9 Series will be manufactured at Haier’s Greater Noida plant under its ‘Make in India, Make for India’ initiative.

Smarter design, smarter wash

At the heart of the F9 series is the AI Colour Touch Panel — a fully interactive touchscreen that allows users to easily select and customise wash cycles. Complementing this is the AI One Touch Technology, which uses smart sensors to detect the load size, fabric type, and soil level, automatically optimising the wash cycle to save water and energy.

Powerful performance features

The machines come equipped with a Direct Motion Motor — a beltless design aimed at reducing noise and mechanical friction, backed by a 20-year warranty. The AI Direct Motion Pro system is tailored for larger loads and promises quieter operation with consistent wash results.

A notable addition is the 525 mm Super Drum with a unique pillow-shaped design, which enhances water penetration and fabric movement while minimising wear and tear on clothes.

Enhanced stability and hygiene

The built-in AI Dynamic Balance System (AI-DBS) ensures even load distribution during spin cycles, reducing vibrations and operating noise. Other hygiene-focused features include:

PuriStream Technology for water purification during washes,

Dual Spray and Seamless Drum Welding to minimise detergent and fabric residue,

Anti-Bacterial Treatment (ABT) that helps inhibit bacterial growth inside the drum.

Specifications and availability

The Haier F9 series machine comes with a 12 kg load capacity and spins at 1400 RPM to reduce drying time. Priced at Rs 59,990, the machine includes a 5-year comprehensive warranty and a 20-year motor warranty. It is now available through major retail outlets and online platforms across India.
