Poco F7 Ultra, F7 Pro launched: Check price, features and more

Poco has expanded its flagship smartphone lineup with the launch of the Poco F7 Ultra and Poco F7 Pro in select markets. Both models come with the same WQHD+ display that offers a peak brightness of 3,200 nits. Poco is also giving them flagship-grade power, even the F7 Pro version, which is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen chipset and comes with higher camera capabilities.

Poco F7 Pro and F7 Ultra Price

The Poco F7 Ultra price starts at $599 (Rs 51,000 approx.) for the 12GB+256GB version and goes up to $649 (Rs 55,000 approx.) for the 16GB+512GB version. It comes in Black and Yellow colour options.

The Pro version costs $449 (Rs 38,000 approx.) for the 12GB RAM + 256GB model, while the 12GB+512GB model costs $499 (Rs 42,000 approx.). It is available in Black, Blue, and Silver colours.

Poco F7 Ultra and F7 Pro features

The Poco F7 Ultra is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC, paired with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 512GB of UFS 4.1 storage. Running on Xiaomi’s HyperOS 2, the device boasts a 6.67-inch WQHD+ display with HDR10+ and Dolby Vision support.

Additionally, it features a dedicated graphics chip, VisionBoost D7, designed to enhance graphics quality and improve frame rates in games and videos.

On the optics front, the Poco F7 Ultra comes with a triple rear camera setup that includes a 1/1.55-inch 50MP Light Fusion 800 image sensor with OIS, a 50MP telephoto camera with OIS, and a 32MP ultra-wide camera. The 50MP telephoto camera boasts 2.5x optical zoom, a 60mm focal length, and 10cm macro capabilities. For clear selfies and video calls, it has a 32MP front-facing camera.

Additional features include IP68 water and dust resistance, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6.0, GPS/AGPS, USB Type-C port, accelerometer, ambient light sensor, e-compass, gyroscope, IR blaster, flicker sensor, and proximity sensor.

Notably, the device comes with an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor and an AI-based face-unlocking system for security.

As for the battery, it packs a 5,300mAh battery with support for 120W wired charging and 50W wireless charging.

The F7 Pro, on the other hand, is equipped with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, paired with up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. It shares the same HyperOS 2 software and 6.67-inch WQHD+ display with HDR10+ and Dolby Vision support as the F7 Ultra.

In terms of cameras, the F7 Pro features a dual rear camera setup, including a 50MP (1/1.55-inch) Light Fusion 800 sensor with OIS support and an 8MP ultra-wide camera. For selfies, it sports a 20MP front-facing camera.

It also has an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner, an IP68-rated design, AI face unlocking capability, stereo speakers, and LiquidCool 4.0 technology for thermal control. It packs a 6,000mAh battery with 90W charging support.
