The initial rollout of HyperOS 2.1 will focus on flagship devices. Xiaomi has confirmed that the first batch of smartphones to receive the update includes models like POCO F6, POCO X6 Pro, Xiaomi 13 series, Xiaomi 14 Ultra, and Xiaomi MIX FLIP. Interestingly, the standard Xiaomi 14 and the upcoming Xiaomi 15 have not been included in the initial list, though they are expected to receive the update in later phases. The global rollout, initially planned after the Chinese New Year in 2025, may now be scheduled for late February or early March, according to recent speculations. However, an official announcement from Xiaomi is awaited.

To ensure a smooth transition, users should take necessary precautions before the update arrives. Backing up important data, ensuring sufficient storage space, and keeping the device fully charged will help avoid any issues during the installation process. Staying updated with official Xiaomi announcements and trusted tech news sources is also crucial to receiving timely information.
