Following gunshots fired outside a real estate office in Dwarka, two alleged sharpshooters affiliated with the Naresh Sethi-Ajay Zaildar gang were apprehended by Delhi Police.
The incident occurred on April 14, when two assailants on a motorcycle discharged firearms outside the office, along with delivering a ransom note demanding Rs 1 crore linked to the gangsters.
Acting on a tip-off regarding the whereabouts of the suspects, identified as Gaurav (28) and Lakshay (21), known for their association with the gang, law enforcement laid a trap near Chhawla area.
Despite attempts to evade arrest and firing upon the police, the sharpshooters were subdued, leading to the recovery of a pistol, live and empty cartridges, along with a motorcycle.(With inputs from PTI)
