Delhi woke up to clear skies on Tuesday, with the minimum temperature settling at 25.2 degrees Celsius.
Palam recorded a minimum temperature of 24.3 degrees Celsius, Lodhi Road 24.6 degrees Celsius and Ayanagar 24.2 degrees Celsius.
“Mainly clear skies are expected to persist throughout the day, with possibility of the maximum temperature rising slightly” an IMD official said.
The air quality was recorded in the moderate category at 170, according to data from the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB).
As per CPCB standards, an AQI of 0-50 is considered ‘good’, 51-100 ‘satisfactory’, 101-200 ‘moderate’, 201-300 ‘poor’, 301-400 ‘very poor’, and 401-500 ‘severe’.
