
Chromalogue – Colours & Conversations, a group exhibition curated by Aarti Uppal Singla, will open at The Stainless Gallery from February 22 to 25. The exhibition features over 100 works by 15 artists, exploring how colour influences communication, emotions, and cultural narratives.
The exhibition will be inaugurated on February 21 at 6 PM, with a ceremonial lamp-lighting by esteemed guests Yuriko Lochan and Prof Rajeev Lochan. Chromalogue will be open to the public from 11 AM to 7 PM, the exhibition brings together a diverse array of mediums, including oil paintings, acrylic works, mixed-media pieces, and limited-edition prints.
Notable works include Aarti Uppal Singla’s Lotus Pond 1, Kumar Neelesh Vats’ Echoes of Dawn, Himani Pasricha’s Portal of Peace, and Madhav Bhardwaj’s Silence Speaks in Colour. The exhibition also features works in clay, such as Babita Varma’s Aswan, and intricate pen drawings by Pragati Gupta, including Paws-1.
Curator Aarti Uppal Singla explained, “Each piece in Chromalogue speaks to the unspoken language of colour, drawing from universal and deeply personal connections.” Guest artist Yuriko Lochan added, “Colour acts as a bridge between cultures, and Chromalogue captures its transformative power in art.”

Prof Rajeev Lochan, former Director of the National Gallery of Modern Art, said, “This exhibition shows how colour transcends language, communicating emotions, memories, and cultural nuances.”
