The morning was hot and sunny, and the minimum temperature was recorded at 27.3 degrees Celsius, slightly higher than the average for this season.

On the previous day, some areas of the city witnessed temperatures surpassing 45 degrees Celsius, with Najafgarh recording the highest temperature at 46.3 degrees Celsius, as reported by the India Meteorological Department.
Several observatories in Delhi recorded high temperatures, including Narela and Pitampura (45 degrees Celsius), Ayanagar and Ridge (44 degrees Celsius), and Palam (43.8 degrees Celsius).
