Delhi court orders framing charges against conman Sukesh, Jacqueline Fernandez and 15 others

The court ordered framing of charges against Sukesh for personating a public servant, extortion, cheating, criminal intimidation, criminal conspiracy, along with IT Act provisions and MCOCA sections

Alleged conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar and wife to be shifted from Tihar to Mandoli jail

According to ED, the couple wanted to move to another jail in a different city as they had intentions to restart the extortion racket, since the one in Tihar was exposed
