Delhi’s scorching summer season bring with it an irresistible urge to slurp on kulfi, the quintessential Indian frozen dessert. Amid the hustle and bustle of the city, several establishments stand out for their exceptional kulfis.

Kuremal Mahavir Prasad Kulfiwale: Old Delhi’s iconic shop boasts a 114-year-old recipe, offering legendary flavours like Falsa, Whole Apples, Litchi, Jamun, and Pomegranate. Their Stuffed Mango kulfi, featuring kulfi inside a whole mango fruit, is particularly beloved. With over 30 varieties, including Rabri Kulfi Cream and Kulfi Julpeps, this spot has gained fame not only in Delhi but also internationally.

Their kulfi, served with faluda, is thick, filling, and comes with sugar-free options. Kesar pista and mango kulfi are among their specialties.

Khush Dil Kulfi: For those seeking kulfi after dark, Khush Dil Kulfi in Lal Kuan near Chandni Chowk is a must-visit. Started by Mohammad Mubeen 30 years ago, this humble kulfi stand offers Kesar Kulfi in various sizes at incredibly affordable prices. Made with milk, almonds, and nuts, their kulfi is frozen in the traditional way, promising nostalgia with every bite. They serve Kulfi in three sizes-small, medium and large.
