The Delhi Metro will initiate its tenth customer satisfaction survey starting Monday to gather commuter feedback on its services and facilities at metro stations, according to an official statement.
Running from July 15 to August 14, the month-long online survey aims to collect detailed feedback from participants using a comprehensive questionnaire, the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) announced on Sunday.
The survey will also invite suggestions for any necessary improvements.
Commuters interested in participating can visit DMRC’s official website, www.delhimetrorail.com, and submit their feedback by following the links on the homepage.

Available in both English and Hindi, the survey covers seven topics seeking feedback on various aspects of metro operations, including availability and accessibility, customer facilities, information, service quality, customer service, facilities outside metro stations, security, and comfort.
The DMRC stated the survey aims to understand passengers’ opinions on the services provided.
The results will be instrumental in evaluating and enhancing different aspects of the metro facilities and services, the corporation added. (With inputs from PTI)
