Delhi records minimum temperature of 25.5 degrees Celsius

Cloudy skies forecast; humidity at 82 per cent, while Delhi’s air quality remained in the moderate category with an AQI of 102

Delhi recorded a minimum temperature of 25.5 degrees Celsius on Saturday, 0.6 degrees above the season’s average, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) said.

The weather department has predicted cloudy skies, with the maximum temperature expected to reach around 34 degrees Celsius, the IMD said.

Relative humidity was recorded at 82 per cent at 8:30 am.

The air quality was in the ‘average’ category at 9 am, with an Air Quality Index (AQI) reading of 102, the Sameer App reported.

According to the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) , an AQI between zero and 50 is considered ‘good’, 51 to 100 ‘satisfactory’, 101 to 200 ‘moderate’, 201 to 300 ‘poor’, 301 to 400 ‘very poor’, and 401 to 500 ‘severe’.
