Cooling drinks: As temperatures soar during summer, staying hydrated becomes crucial for your health and energy levels. While plain water is essential, adding a few natural, refreshing drinks to your daily routine can help keep your body cool and nourished. Here are seven easy-to-make beverages that are perfect for the hot season:

Lemon Mint Cooler: This zesty drink combines fresh lemon juice, crushed mint leaves, honey, a pinch of salt, and chilled water. It’s a great way to replenish electrolytes and stay refreshed.

Cucumber Lime Water: Simply slice cucumber and lime into a jug of cold water and let it infuse for an hour. It’s light, hydrating, and detoxifying—perfect for sipping all day.

Coconut Water with Basil Seeds: Add soaked basil seeds (sabja) to coconut water for a nutritious, cooling, and hydrating drink packed with minerals.

Buttermilk (Chaas): A blend of curd, water, salt, cumin, and coriander, buttermilk aids digestion and keeps your body cool throughout the day.

Sattu Sharbat: This protein-rich drink, made with roasted gram flour (sattu), lemon juice, salt, and cold water, is an excellent summer cooler and energy booster.
