Distinguished Indian classical artists will perform on August 21 at the Kamani Auditorium, in a heartfelt musical ode honouring the bravery and sacrifice of the unknown soldiers who laid their lives for India, to showcase the power of music in evoking emotions and bringing people together.
The event, ‘Amar Jyoti’ is organised by The Tabla Wizard Pandit Chaturlal Memorial Society.
Prominent artist like Pt. Hari Prasad Chaurasia (on the flute), together with Debopriya Ranadive, Vaishnavi, and Ustad Rashid Mustafa Thirakwa on the Tabla, will leave the audience spellbound.
Besides, there will be Pt. Vishwamohan Bhatt, a Grammy Award winner, on the Mohan Veena accompanied by Tantri Samrat Pt. Salil Bhatt on the Satvik Veena, together with the prince of Tabla, Pranshu Chatur Lal, who is famously known as Prince of Tabla.
