Delhi: Pracheen Kala Kendra, a cultural institution supported by the Ministry of Culture, Government of India, is set to host its 25th Quarterly Baithak as part of the Silver Jubilee celebrations of the “Legends of Tomorrow” series. The event, scheduled for Sunday, September 8, at Triveni Kala Sangam, Mandi House, will feature performances by prominent artists in the fields of Indian classical music and dance.
The evening will begin with a Sitar recital by Suhel Saeed, who will be accompanied by Monis Zameer on the Tabla. The second performance of the night will be an Odissi dance presentation by Vidushi Shrabani Mitra and her troupe. Both performances promise to highlight the depth and richness of Indian classical traditions.
