What: ‘IHC Continuum’ – an ongoing online series showcasing the work of some torch bearers of performing arts is being presented by India Habitat Centre. It aims to feature the next generation carrying forward the legacy with their passion and talent. This week features Arushi Mudgal, one of the foremost young talents in the field of Odissi, known for her technical virtuosity and creative approach to tradition. She has trained under her aunt, Madhavi Mudgal.

What: Kiran Nadar Museum of Art presents Narrating from the Museum Archives and Collection: 10 years of KNMA – A Virtual Tour. Having celebrated a decade in existence in 2020, this extraordinary exhibition was cut short due to the national lockdown. The virtual tour is now available for viewing online across all KNMA digital platforms. This 3D walkthrough includes the work of renowned artists like J Sultan Ali, Ranbir Kaleka, VS Gaitonde, SH Raza, Ram Kumar, Akbar Padamsee, FN Souza, Tyeb Mehta, MF Husain, Krishen Khanna, Ida Kar, KP Krishnakumar, Surendran Nair, Jitish Kallat, Himmat Shah and many more. It gives users the opportunity to immerse themselves in an almost lifelike 360 panoramic experience of the museum, moving through it with simple user-friendly navigation tools that allow for exploring the artworks. This exhibition itself offers a snapshot of KNMA’s archive and collection, built over the course of ten years with very careful consideration by renowned collector, Founder and Chairperson, Kiran Nadar.

What: India International Centre presents, ‘Two Banks Of a River- The Indus In Ladakh’ which focuses on the story of the Indus, inspired by the river’s spectacular course in Ladakh as it meanders and flows through some breath-taking landscape. Photographs in this exhibition follow the length and breadth of Ladakh, from Nubra to Zanskar and Leh to Kargil telling the story of the river and of the state. As part of this exhibition, there will be an online talk on Tuesday, 6th July 2021 at 4 pm.
