The 28th edition of Gifts World Expo, India’s largest B2B gifting trade show, is currently underway at Bharat Mandapam, Pragati Maidan, drawing thousands of business visitors from across the country. Organised by MEX Exhibitions Pvt. Ltd., the event features over 650 exhibitors and 4,000 brands showcasing more than 30,000 products across categories including lifestyle, electronics, wellness, gourmet, stationery, and corporate gifts.
Spread over 3.5 lakh sq. ft., the three-day expo opened to an enthusiastic response and has already recorded significant footfall. A major highlight on Day 1 was the announcement of a strategic joint venture between MEX Exhibitions Pvt. Ltd. and Messe Frankfurt India. Under the new partnership, the two will jointly organise Gifts World Expo and Paperworld India, with the long-running Corporate Gifts Show now brought under the Gifts World Expo banner.
Backed by industry partners such as Mutha Impex (Registration Sponsor), RR Bags (Carry Bag Sponsor), Power Plus and Castillo Milano (Lanyard Sponsors), and 6Wresearch (Knowledge Partner), the expo is also supported by key associations including the Handloom Handicraft Exporters Welfare Association (HHEWA), National Jute Board, Corporate Gifts Association of India (CGAI), and others.
Among the standout attractions this year is the Start-Up & Innovation Zone, spotlighting scalable ideas from emerging brands. The Stationery World Pavilion features major players such as Linc, Pilot and Tejura Overseas, while the Sustainable Products Zone showcases eco-conscious offerings from brands like Phool, Help Us Green, Unirec and Spectrus Sustainable.
The newly introduced Wedding Segment is generating considerable interest, with its focus on premium gifting solutions for festive and ceremonial occasions. Designed for corporate buyers, event planners, and export houses, the segment adds a distinctive edge to this year’s offerings.
Running alongside the exhibits, the Gift Talks panel series is drawing packed audiences with its expert-led discussions. Topics covered so far include the evolution of India’s gifting market, smart gifting trends like e-vouchers and gadgets, and the rise of sustainable and cross-border gifting. More sessions are lined up over the next two days.
“We’re excited to see such vibrant participation from across the industry,” said Himani Gulati, Director, MEX Exhibitions Pvt. Ltd. “The expo is a platform for discovery, collaboration and business growth, especially as the sector embraces technology and sustainable practices.”
Brands such as Vahdam, Ruchoks, Hawkins, PM Overseas, Pink Knots, and TSP Printsol are presenting curated collections for both festive and corporate buyers. Live demonstrations and immersive zones continue to enrich the visitor experience.
As Gifts World Expo 2025 continues over the next two days, organisers expect increased engagement, deeper networking, and a strong focus on packaging innovation and sourcing strategies—further cementing its status as the country’s most influential gifting platform.
