Hilton Garden Inn in Saket is set to host a Mexican Food Festival, a culinary celebration of authentic Mexican cuisine that promises to tantalise the taste buds of food enthusiasts in Delhi, from February 12 – 19.
For the festival, Chef Tania Tovar is coming all the way from Mexico and is an expert in the cuisine.
The festival promises to be a delectable journey through the diverse and vibrant flavors of Mexico, showcasing the rich culinary heritage of the country.
Guests will have the opportunity to savor an array of traditional Mexican dishes meticulously prepared by our team of talented chefs, who have drawn inspiration from the distinct regional cuisines of Mexico.
Throughout the festival, attendees can expect to feast on an assortment of mouthwatering dishes, including but not limited to:
– Tacos al Pastor
– Mole Poblano
– Ceviche
– Chiles Rellenos
– Birria
– Enchiladas Suizas
– Tamales
– Churros
According to Chef Tania, ” Mexican food is far more varied than people think. It varies from region to region. My job is to present the real food of Mexico, and I hope people understand it’s not just nachos and tacos.”
Hilton Garden Inn, Saket, was inaugurated in 2009 amidst Dlf Avenue and Select Citywalk Mall, to cater to the demand from both corporate and leisure travel segment for focused service hotels in India, both from domestic and international travelers.
