Balanced meals, rooted in intention
The menu at Aujasya Cafe reflects a commitment to nutrition without compromising flavour. Featuring organic ingredients and clear nutritional labelling, each dish is designed to deliver a balanced mix of proteins, vitamins, and essential nutrients.
The Superfoods section sets the tone, with options like the Mushroom and Thyme Soup—a 145-calorie blend of cremini mushrooms and a delicate chèvre cheese tart. The Thar Quinoa Salad, layered with slow-roasted ash gourd and baby spinach, is a protein-packed delight that offers a refreshing start.
For something heartier, the Himalayan Earth Bowl combines bean tofu, organic beets, and red rice kedgeree in a vibrant, health-forward preparation. Dessert lovers can indulge without guilt in the Bitter Chocolate Orange Pave—a smooth whipped ganache that clocks in at just 192 calories.

Ayurvedic favourites like Turmeric Ashwagandha and Paradise of Kashmir add cultural depth, while Hardoor Estate Coorg Coffees offer a rich finishing touch.

Executive Chef Abhishek Gupta shares that the concept was developed in close consultation with a nutritionist. “This café was planned with the goal of serving smart and healthy food,” he says.
Ingredients are sourced with intention— Himalayan pink salt, artisan cheese from local farms, cold-pressed olive oil, and mountain-grown organic mushrooms. These not only enhance taste but also preserve nutritional value.
A sustainable sanctuary
The ambiance at Aujasya Cafe mirrors its wellness philosophy. Lush greenery, gentle lighting, and the soothing sound of water create an oasis of calm within the bustling hotel.
“It is not just a café, it’s an experience,” says Chef Abhishek. “A place where one can embrace silence, the sound of running water, and the essence of sustainable living.”
In alignment with this ethos, The Leela has taken steps toward sustainability by commissioning an organic farm and launching a hydroponic greenhouse. This ensures the café receives the freshest herbs and vegetables straight from their own soil.
