Preparations at the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) headquarters are in full swing even as the counting of votes is in progress. The BJP office is flooded with supporters and party workers from all across the country, including Uttarakhand, Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, among others.
Tight security and scores of police personnel have surrounded the saffron party headquarters.
Since early morning, halwais started cooking pooris with aloo ki sabzi, moong daal ka halwa, and laddoos for distribution following the victory.
Screens for showcasing live results were installed at every corner of the party headquarters, while big screens were also installed inside and outside the party office for the Prime Minister’s address to the party workers after results. Dhols and bands were witnessed in the party office.
The party workers were confident and enthusiastic about a landslide victory for the saffron party. They said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is all set to lead the nation for the third time.
Advocate Ramvir Bhardwaj, a resident of Dilshad Garden, said, “PM Modi is all set to take the crown for the third time. We are pretty confident, and no, it’s not just about winning; it’s about winning with more than 400 seats.”

A party worker and supporter of the saffron party came all the way from Kedarnath to the national capital with “Ab Ki Baar 400 Paar” and “national flag” printed on his chest.
He said that every sector in the country, including health, private, corporate, and others, is saying only one thing: the saffron party is coming back to power with a full majority and PM Modi will become the Prime Minister for the third time.
As per the early trends, BJP is leading on five seats, while the INDIA bloc is leading on two seats in the national capital.
