A woman was injured in a fire at a three-storey building in Mukherjee Nagar area of northwest Delhi, officials said on Monday.
The fire erupted at a ground-plus-three-storey building, which also had a paying guest accommodation, in Indira Vihar, according to Delhi Fire Services (DFS).
A call regarding the blaze was received at 10.29 pm on Sunday, following which five fire tenders were rushed to the spot.
The fire reportedly started on the ground floor, where electrical items were stored, and quickly spread, engulfing portions of the building up to the second floor, officials said.

All occupants were evacuated from the building in time, they said.
Firefighters doused the blaze by 12.15 AM.
A female student suffered minor injuries in the incident and was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.
Preliminary information suggests that the fire may have been caused by a short circuit, officials said.
