The national capital registered a minimum temperature of 16.4 degrees Celsius, typical for this season, according to the weather office on Thursday.

The India Meteorological Department forecasted partly cloudy skies with gusty winds throughout the day, while humidity stood at 77 per cent at 8:30 am.

Delhi’s maximum temperature is expected to reach around 33 degrees Celsius.

The Air Quality Index (AQI) of the national capital was measured in the “moderate” category, recording 177 at 9 am, as per the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB).

An AQI between zero and 50 is considered “good”, 51 and 100 “satisfactory”, 101 and 200 “moderate”, 201 and 300 “poor”, 301 and 400 “very poor”, and 401 and 500 “severe”. (With inputs from PTI)
