The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has initiated an extensive e-auction encompassing prime plots, built-up shops, kiosks, mobile tower sites, and other properties, as per officials’ announcement on Wednesday.

Scheduled for a three-day period from November 7 to 9, the online bidding process has been strategically organized for public convenience.

In a statement, the urban body outlined the details of the auction, revealing that bids are invited for various categories of properties. These include 50 institutional plots (20 of which are religious sites on a leasehold basis), 12 industrial plots, 46 residential plots, two group housing plots, 28 commercial plots, and 19 small-sized residential plots in Rohini, all offered on a freehold basis.

Additionally, bids have been solicited for two CNG/green fuel sites and four gas godowns on an annual license fee basis. The list extends to 145 freehold built-up shops, 13 freehold Janak Place shops, 15 kiosks, 16 mobile tower sites, and 105 function sites on a monthly license fee.

This marks the 18th phase of the mega e-auction, and prospective bidders can register until November 6. To facilitate the process, a help desk has been established at the Nagrik Suvidha Kendra, Vikas Sadan. Operating from Monday to Friday between 11 am and 5 pm, the help desk offers support for queries, digital signature acquisition, registration, and bidder training.

The online bidding schedule is categorized by property types. Function sites, kiosks, mobile tower sites, CNG/green fuel sites, and institutional plots are up for bidding on November 7. November 8 is dedicated to industrial, residential, and small-sized residential plots, while November 9 focuses on commercial and group housing plots, Janak Place shops, and built-up shops.

Following the e-auction’s conclusion, the issuance of the Letter of Intent and demand-cum-allotment letter for the successful bidder (H1) will commence promptly in a time-bound manner, as per the statement.
