Max temperature to peak at 41 degrees in Delhi today

Delhi on Sunday experienced a low temperature of 22.7 degrees Celsius, which is two degrees below the usual for this time of year, as reported by the India Meteorological Department (IMD).

The IMD forecasts brisk surface winds throughout the day, with temperatures peaking at 41 degrees Celsius.

At 8:30 am, humidity levels were measured at 31 percent, according to the IMD.

According to data from the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) at 9 am, the Air Quality Index (AQI) in the national capital stood at 302, categorizing it as “poor”.

The AQI scale ranges from 0 to 500, with values from 0-50 considered “good”, 51-100 “satisfactory”, 101-200 “moderate”, 201-300 “poor”, 301-400 “very poor”, and 401-500 “severe”. Anything beyond 500 falls into the “severe plus” category.
