The city recorded a minimum temperature of 27.4 degrees Celsius on Tuesday, with the weather office predicting moderate rain.
Station-wise data showed the minimum temperature at 24.8 degrees Celsius in Palam, two notches below normal, 26.8 degrees Celsius at Lodhi Road, 24.9 degrees Celsius at Ridge, and 25.6 degrees Celsius at Ayanagar.
Trace rainfall was recorded at Safdarjung, Palam and Ridge in the 24 hours ending at 8.30 am, while Ayanagar received 23.6 mm of rainfall.
Delhi’s air quality remained in the ‘satisfactory’ category, with an Air Quality Index of 67 at 9 am, according to the Central Pollution Control Board.
An AQI between 51 and 100 is considered ‘satisfactory’, while 0-50 is ‘good’, 101-200 ‘moderate’, 201-300 ‘poor’, 301-400 ‘very poor’ and 401-500 ‘severe’.
