The AAP plans to encircle Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s residence to express its opposition to Kejriwal’s arrest by the Enforcement Directorate (ED).
Kejriwal was arrested by the central agency in connection with a money laundering case related to the now-defunct Delhi excise policy and is currently in ED custody until March 28.
