Triveni Kala Sangam is set to present Contours of Joy – Choti Choti Khushiyaan (छोटी छोटी खुशियाँ), a solo exhibition of sculptures by New Delhi–based artist Sheela Chamariya. Opening on December 23, the exhibition will be on view till December 31, at Triveni Gallery, Triveni Kala Sangam, with daily visiting hours from 11:30 AM to 7:30 PM.
The exhibition brings together a vibrant body of sculptures and murals that celebrate the quiet pleasures and emotional rhythms of everyday life. Known for her innovative engagement with bronze and mixed media, Chamariya’s works explore harmony, balance, and human connection through a refined interplay of colour, form, and movement.
At the heart of Contours of Joy is the artist’s long-standing engagement with figurative and semi-figurative forms, now distilled into semi-abstract and geometric expressions. Clear, firm lines and rhythmic contours define the new works, which reflect relationships, moments of togetherness, and the beauty of lived experience with lightness and contemporary sensibility.
A self-taught sculptor with over two decades of practice, Chamariya’s artistic journey includes collaborations with senior sculptors, a short-term course in Germany, and participation in more than 14 solo and 50 group exhibitions in India and abroad. Her work is widely recognised for its ability to capture striking emotional moments with warmth and elegance.

Contours of Joy – Choti Choti Khushiyaan stands as an intimate projection of the artist’s inner world—inviting viewers to pause, reflect, and reconnect with the simple joys that shape everyday life.
