Samsung on Monday launched its latest Galaxy S-series smartphone, the Galaxy S25 FE, in India, with prices starting at Rs 59,999. Unveiled earlier this month, the device is positioned as an entry-level flagship, offering a durable design, enhanced cameras, a large battery with fast charging, and AI-powered features.
The Galaxy S25 FE will be available for purchase from September 29 across Samsung’s website, exclusive stores, select ecommerce platforms, and retail outlets. As part of an introductory offer, customers buying the 256GB variant will receive an automatic upgrade to the 512GB model at no extra cost, a benefit Samsung said is worth Rs 12,000. Additional offers include Rs 5,000 cashback from select banks and no-cost EMI options for up to 24 months.
The Galaxy S25 FE comes with 8GB of RAM and three storage options: 128GB priced at Rs 59,999, 256GB at Rs 65,999, and 512GB at Rs 77,999. It will be available in multiple colours, including Navy, Jetblack, White, and Icy Blue.
The smartphone features a 6.7-inch FHD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2x display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It is powered by Samsung’s in-house Exynos 2400 processor and runs on One UI 8 based on Android 16. Photography is handled by a triple rear camera setup, comprising a 50MP primary sensor with optical image stabilisation, an 8MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom, and a 12MP ultra-wide camera. The front camera has a 12MP sensor.
The Galaxy S25 FE is equipped with a 4,900mAh battery that supports 45W fast wired charging as well as wireless charging with PowerShare support. The device is slim and solid, measuring 7.4mm in thickness and weighing 190 grams, and carries an IP68 rating for water and dust resistance.
