Samsung has introduced its 2025 soundbar series in India, expanding its audio accessories portfolio with a lineup that combines AI-powered sound tuning, compact design, and wireless connectivity. The new range includes multiple models, headlined by the premium HW-Q990F and the space-saving, convertible HW-QS700F.
Equipped with an upgraded AI Sound Engine, the 2025 soundbars analyse content in real time to optimise audio output based on the genre, ambient environment, and scene dynamics. This allows for enhanced clarity in dialogue and improved sound effect delivery, according to the company.
One of the key highlights is Dynamic Bass Control, which uses non-linear bass management to provide deeper low-frequency response while reducing distortion. The Active Voice Amplifier Pro feature automatically detects surrounding ambient noise and adjusts vocal elements to ensure clear dialogue, even in noisy settings.
All models in the series support Wireless Dolby Atmos and 3D audio formats, and are compatible with Samsung’s Q-Symphony Pro, enabling synchronised playback by combining the soundbar and TV speakers for a richer soundscape.
Samsung has also introduced a Convertible Fit Design across select models, incorporating a built-in gyroscope that detects whether the soundbar is mounted on a wall or placed on a surface, and adjusts acoustic output accordingly.

Connectivity remains a strong focus, with support for SmartThings, Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, Chromecast, Apple AirPlay, and Roon Ready, allowing seamless control and streaming across multiple devices and ecosystems.
In terms of hardware, some variants include a compact 6.5-inch wireless subwoofer, which Samsung claims is 58% smaller than previous models while still delivering comparable low-end performance.

The 2025 soundbar series is priced between Rs 14,990 and Rs 92,990, with the HW-Q990F at the top end. The entire lineup is now available via Samsung’s official website, select retail stores, and major e-commerce platforms.
With these launches, Samsung aims to offer versatile home audio solutions tailored for varied room setups, content types, and smart home environments.
