Novotel New Delhi City Centre has announced “Padharo Mhare Feast”, a curated food festival celebrating the rich culinary heritage, culture and hospitality of Rajasthan at its all-day dining restaurant Food Exchange. The festival offers an immersive dining experience inspired by the flavours and traditions of the desert state.
The festival will run from June 26 to July 5 and has been curated by Chef Chetan Singh, Master Chef at Novotel Jaipur Convention Centre, in collaboration with Chef Umesh Singh, Executive Chef, Novotel New Delhi City Centre. Together, they present a specially designed buffet that brings together authentic Rajasthani recipes, regional ingredients and time-honoured cooking techniques.
Guests can expect a lavish spread featuring both vegetarian and non-vegetarian specialities, along with freshly prepared kachoris, traditional breads, and a variety of tangy, spicy and sweet dishes that reflect the essence of Rajasthan’s food culture. The experience also includes interactive live stations showcasing the vibrancy of the cuisine.
Speaking about the festival, the chefs said, “Rajasthani cuisine is rooted in tradition and known for its bold flavours and timeless recipes. Through Padharo Mhare Feast, we wanted to bring not only the food but also the warmth, culture and celebratory spirit of Rajasthan to our guests. Every dish on the menu tells a story and reflects the rich culinary heritage of the region.”
